NL WILDCARD GAME: WASHINGTON VS MILWAUKEE
For the NL Wild Card Game I think that Washington played really well with a very good starting pitching in Max Scherzer and Stephen Strasburg. but I feel like they just completely defeated Milwaukee because they were very defeated because if not have Christian Yelich. I feel like that Washington just won fair and square.
AL WILDCARD GAME
In this game, I feel like it was just a complete Massacre. I think this way because Oakland probably should have won this game because they were on their own home soil. They also had a very good starting pitcher in Sean Manaea. But they lost to Charlie Morton who is very good for Tampa Bay Rays Squad of with the lowest payroll in MLB. So I don’t know how Oakland can comeback from losing to the Tampa Bay Ray. Although Tampa is really good team I just feel like Oakland should have won.
ALDS: HOUSTON VS TAMPA BAY
If I feel like in the series the Houston Astros they deserve to win the series. Houston was all around the better team just dominated the squad with the lowest payroll in baseball. But I feel like that if Tampa gets some good players this offseason they could have easily beat Houston. But I’m proud of Houston because they are my second favourite team. So I’m really happy for them.
ALDS: NEW YORK YANKEES VS MINNESOTA
I can’t believe the Minnesota Twins have let the Yankees alk all over them again. I can’t believe that they have lost 13 straight times to the damn yankees. It’s absolutely unbelievable how much does team just falls apart against the Yankees. I was really hoping this would be the year that the would twins would break through the glass. But instead they fell off the cliff below. Really hope that i see the twins win a playoff game in my life time.
NLDS: ATLANTA VS ST LOUIS
In the series I feel like it was a very even matchup from game 1 to 4. But then in the final game, game 5, it was a complete Massacre where Atlanta allowed 10 runs in the first inning. Then therefore had to pull their starter Mike Foltynewicz after only two outs. So not a very good outing for their starter. I feel like the Atlanta completely choked. But at least they have more years with this current core to contend. But for the St.Louis Cardinals, I feel like they did a very good job playing the series. They played very fundamentally sound baseball.
ALCS: HOUSTON VS NEW YORK YANKEES
I feel like this series is very evenly matched up, so anyone could’ve won it. I was rooting for the Astros but I would be surprised if the Yankees would’ve won it but the Astros won it and amazing the walk off homer in the ninth-inning off the do Yankees closer the flamethrowing southpaw Aroldis Chapman. If this homer is not given up by the Yankees. The yankees might’ve even won the series, then would have even went on to win the whole thing won by winning there 28th World Series in franchise history after that. But they choked to the Astros. NLCS. WSH sweeps Cardinals 4 nothing
NLCS: DODGERS VS WASHINGTON
I feel like the Dodgers should have won. they could have won. but as usual, they choked. I think that because they cannot rely on Kershaw to start or come out of the bullpen During the playoffs. Kershaw is an amazing pitcher but he is an awful awful playoff pitcher and that’s the reason why the Dodgers lost.
WORLD SERIES: HOUSTON
but on the other side the Astros were a juggernaut in the regular season and steamrolled every team in front of them. the Astros did it with a rotation full of aces in Zack Greinke, Justin Verlander and Gerrit Cole. I swear, I dream of having rotation and the Astros made that happen in real life. Plus they also have Alex Bregman, Who is the MVP candidate. They also have former MVP, Jose Altuve who is always amazing. I would have liked to see Houston win their second World Series in three years.
WORLD SERIES: NATIONALS
I’m So happy that the Nationals broke their curse of never going far in the playoffs. And the Nationals did it they won their first World Series in Nationals and Expos franchise history. They were playing with fire throughout the whole playoffs. They were the underdog. They did it with an excellent rotation which has Mad Max Scherzer, Stephen Strasburg Who won the World Series MVP, Anibal Sanchez and of course the Lefty Patrick Corbin.the Nationals also have a very strong hitting core with youngster Trea Turner, Juan Soto and Victor Robles. They also have some veteran hitters with Anthony Rendon, Ryan Zimmerman and Adam Eaton.
